Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
FastPunch is operated by APRJ Development LLC. This policy describes how we handle information through the FastPunch app, website and related services.
How FastPunch handles information
FastPunch handles account information, project records, photos and voice-related information to support capture, synchronization, reporting and sharing. The information processed depends on the features and account type you use.
Help Improve AI is on by default when no preference has been saved. It can save voice transcripts, AI suggestions and the item text and corrections you keep under your account ID. Turn it off in Settings to stop future contributions through this setting. Turning it off does not itself delete earlier contributions; contact us about those records. See Section 7 for details.

- Company name (optional)
- Role/title (optional, for onboarding customization)

Website Information
Our website uses Cloudflare for network delivery and security, and has Cloudflare Web Analytics configured to measure website visits and page performance. Website measurements can include the page path, referring site, browser and device characteristics, and page-load timing. These website measurements are separate from the app’s Help Improve AI setting. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not log URL query strings.
With your permission, this website also uses Google Analytics cookies to measure visits and App Store or cross-brand link clicks. Google processes browser and device information and a pseudonymous identifier. We send only approved public page addresses and fixed event labels, without URL query strings, form contents or contact details. Advertising personalization, Google signals and user-provided data collection are disabled. Google Analytics does not load until you choose Accept analytics. You can decline or withdraw through Analytics settings on the homepage; withdrawal stops future collection in this browser and removes this site's Google Analytics cookies. See Google's privacy policy. These website settings are separate from the app's Help Improve AI setting.
Enterprise Data
For FastPunch Enterprise customers only:
- Company code and organization name
- Team member email addresses (for invite and authentication)
- Audit logs of API access (IP addresses are hashed before storage)
- Procore integration data (project names, item assignments) — only if you connect your Procore account
- Billing email and payment method (handled by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers)
2. Location and Photo Information
Project records include locations you enter, such as lots and rooms. GPS is optional. If you choose the app’s Use GPS control and grant device permission, the app can obtain coordinates and attach them to a captured item. You can manage location permission in your device settings.
Photos can contain identifying details in the image itself. Some upload paths re-encode and resize photos. Embedded metadata and identifying image content can vary across capture, import, export and sharing paths.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the service: Syncing your punch lists across devices, generating reports, and enabling sharing
- To improve the product: Analyzing feature usage to make FastPunch better
- To improve AI: When Help Improve AI is enabled, voice transcripts and item corrections can be stored with an account identifier for AI improvement. The current app defaults this setting to on when no preference has been saved. You can turn it off in Settings; see Section 7.
- To communicate: Sending important updates, maintenance notices, or responding to support requests
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) with industry-standard encryption:
- Encryption in transit for supported network connections
- Storage protection provided by the applicable hosting and storage services
- Feature-specific account permissions and administrative access controls
Photos, Access and Sharing
Photos may document private property, work quality and construction defects. FastPunch stores and synchronizes photos as part of the relevant project workflow. Access controls and link behavior vary between personal, enterprise and sharing features.
When you create or distribute a project, crew or report link, people who receive that link may be able to access its shared content without an app account. Share links only with intended recipients and use the available revocation controls when access is no longer needed.
Some image access paths use stored download URLs. Photo URL lifetimes and data retention depend on the feature, link type and account arrangement. Contact us about deletion requests and the retention applicable to your account or enterprise arrangement.
Authentication and Access Control
FastPunch uses account authentication and feature-specific access controls. Personal, enterprise, trade and shared-link workflows have different access paths. Account holders and administrators should review who has project access and keep account credentials and share links private.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We only share data in these limited circumstances:
- With your consent: When you explicitly share a project via web link or assign items to trade partners
- Trade partners: Access depends on project membership, assignments, roles and sharing permissions. Shared information can include descriptions, locations, trade details, status and photos
- Service providers: Firebase and Google Cloud services for supported storage and processing features; Apple for App Store subscription purchases and supported speech recognition features. Configured cloud AI features can use providers such as OpenAI or Hugging Face. Providers and processing paths vary by feature and enterprise arrangement
- Enterprise billing: For FastPunch Enterprise customers only, Stripe processes payment information (credit card, billing email) under their own privacy policy. For consumer purchases billed by Apple, Apple handles payment information; transaction and entitlement information is used to provide subscription access.
- Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights
6. Your Rights
You can use the available account controls or contact us about access, correction and deletion:
- Access and correction: Review and edit the records available in your account, or contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information
- Account deletion: Consumer users can initiate the app’s deletion flow in Settings → Account → Delete Account. Contact us about enterprise organization data, training contributions or records not covered by the available account controls. We may need to verify your identity and explain any records that must be retained.
- AI improvement preference: Turn off Help Improve AI in Settings to stop future contributions through that setting. Contact us about previously contributed records.
- Export: Use the project export formats available for your plan and app version
Deleting your FastPunch account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple. Manage that subscription separately through your Apple Account; see our Terms of Service.
7. AI Processing and Improvement
Voice capture can use Apple’s speech recognition services. The current recognition path permits server processing, so audio may be processed by Apple rather than remaining entirely on the device.
Some AI features process information on the device. Other features send voice transcripts and relevant project or item context to cloud services for processing. Cloud processing and AI improvement contributions are separate uses of information; turning off Help Improve AI does not by itself disable every cloud AI feature.
When Help Improve AI is enabled, the app can save the voice transcript, AI suggestions, the item text and corrections you keep, an authenticated account identifier, and related usage information such as app version and processing time. These records are associated with your account. The current app defaults this preference to on when no saved preference exists.
You can change Help Improve AI in Settings. Turning it off stops future contributions through that setting. For questions about existing contributions or a deletion request, contact [email protected].
8. Children's Privacy
FastPunch is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will notify you via email.
